I developed an interactive eLearning module titled "Warehouse Safety First: Your Guide to Accident Prevention" using Rise 360. This project is designed to equip warehouse staff with essential safety knowledge and practical skills for accident prevention in high-risk environments.
Purpose:
The primary goal of this course is to enhance workplace safety by empowering learners to identify hazards, use protective equipment properly, follow essential safety procedures, and respond correctly to emergencies. It is intended for onboarding and ongoing safety training for warehouse employees, supervisors, and new hires.
Tools Used:
I used Rise 360's Sorting activity blocks. Throughout the module I used:

Style Guide Analysis: KIPP After‑School Instructor Training
I created a comprehensive eLearning style guide for the KIPP After‑School Instructor Training program to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment throughout the course. The guide defines the color palette, typography, layout conventions, visual assets, and navigation controls. I made clear rules for fonts, colors, and spacing so every new module looks consistent and well put together. The guide also clarifies when and how to use specific characters, icons, signaling cues, and buttons, which supports learner engagement and usability.
Style Guide Analysis: KIPP After‑School Instructor Training
When developing the storyboard for the "KIPP Classroom Management Fundamentals" course in Rise 360, I focused on building a clear, well-structured learning path for new instructors. I mapped out each lesson, from the introduction of classroom management concepts to practical strategies like positive reinforcement and routines. Each block in the storyboard included detailed explanations, quotes from experts, visual examples, and interactive flashcards.
I also incorporated a variety of assessment types, including knowledge checks and true/false questions, to help learners check their understanding and apply what they learned to real classroom scenarios. The storyboard format allowed me to plan the flow, pacing, and diversity of learning activities before moving into course authoring, ensuring a logical progression from foundational concepts to classroom application.
