Jaime Verdin

As an instructional designer in training, I see myself as a bridge between complex technology and everyday learning. My background as a college soccer player taught me how to thrive in high-pressure, team-based environments, and that same mindset now shapes the way I design learning experiences—collaborative, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of constraints.

I created Learning Horizons to reflect my belief that learning should feel like exploration, not obligation. My work blends learning science with tools like Articulate 360 and Python so that courses are not only engaging on the surface, but structurally sound, data-informed, and accessible for diverse learners. I want the professional community to recognize me as a designer who is both technically curious and deeply empathy-driven.
