The Challenge

After-school programs can be dynamic and fast-paced. New instructors often struggle with managing student behavior effectively, leading to disrupted activities and disengagement. KIPP SoCal needed a training solution that was practical, accessible, and directly applicable to real-world after-school scenarios.

The Solution

I designed "Classroom Management Fundamentals," an interactive eLearning module built in Articulate Rise 360. This course moves beyond theory, placing instructors in realistic "decision-point" scenarios where they must practice recognizing and reinforcing positive student behavior in real-time.
