I created this scenario block using the Contextual Relevance strategy to address a critical 'tipping point' moment in classroom management. By simulating a noisy transition period—a specific, high-stress context familiar to KIPP instructors—I designed an environment where learners must choose to reinforce positive behavior (like Jordan organizing his binder) amidst distractions. This approach ensures the training is not just theoretical, but directly applicable to the chaotic, real-time energy shifts instructors manage daily.
